Residential Pest Control in Moores Mill
Most of our Moores Mill work is residential. The housing stock here ranges from older brick ranches with crawlspaces to newer builds on slab foundations, and each type has its own pest profile. Older homes tend to have more rodent and roach pressure because of gaps and moisture. Newer homes deal more with ants, termites and wasps because of fresh landscaping and disturbed soil. We treat both the same way: inspect first, identify the pest, then build a plan around what we actually find.
- Quarterly general pest control — Our quarterly plan covers ants, roaches, spiders and occasional invaders with exterior barrier treatments and interior bait placements. We treat the foundation line, entry points and harborage areas on every visit. Moores Mill customers on this plan see far fewer pest problems than call-when-you-see-one customers.
- Rodent exclusion and trapping — We seal entry points at the roofline, foundation and utility penetrations, then set bait stations and traps in attics, garages and crawlspaces. Moores Mill's wooded lots make this a fall and winter staple for many homes on our route.
- Termite inspections and bait systems — Annual termite inspections with detection devices are the cheapest protection you can buy on a Moores Mill home. If we find activity, we treat the soil and install a bait station system around the perimeter, then recheck at 60 days.
- Wasp and stinging insect removal — Same-day removal for nests under eaves, in soffits, on decks and in ground holes. We remove the nest, treat the entry point and apply a residual barrier. Peak season in Moores Mill runs from late spring through early fall.
