Residential Pest Control in Tarrant
Most of our Tarrant work is residential. These are family homes, rentals, and older properties that need a pest control plan built for the way people actually live. We treat the house, the yard, and the crawlspace, and we schedule around your routine. If you have kids or pets, we will tell you exactly what to expect and when it is safe to go back outside. Our residential plans start with a full inspection, so you are not paying for treatments you do not need.
- Quarterly general pest control — Our quarterly plan covers ants, roaches, spiders, and occasional invaders with exterior and interior treatments. We adjust the products seasonally so the barrier holds through Tarrant's humidity. Most homes see a major drop in activity after the first two visits.
- Rodent removal and exclusion — We seal entry points around the foundation, roofline, and plumbing, then set bait stations and traps in the attic and wall voids. This is a two-part job, and we do both parts in the same visit. Follow-up is included until the activity stops.
- Termite inspections and treatment — Every Tarrant home with a crawlspace should have a termite inspection at least once a year. We check the foundation, piers, and any wood-to-ground contact, then recommend treatment or monitoring based on what we find. Early detection is the difference between a treatment and a repair bill.
- Bed bug and flea treatment — Bed bugs and fleas need a different approach than general pests. We inspect the mattress seams, headboards, and pet areas, then treat with a combination of heat, steam, and residual products. Two visits are standard to catch eggs that hatch after the first treatment.
